I am a very satisfied customer regarding the transcription services provided by Flying Fingers.
A few years ago, I had a large research project with approximately 80 micro tapes that were transcribed in an efficient and timely fashion. I found Maureen, the owner of Flying Fingers, to be very pleasant and professional to work with, as were the transcriptionists working on my project.
The tapes had a substantial amount of technical terms that in almost every instance was correctly included in the transcripts. At times, I mixed up the labelling on various tapes and misplaced an e-mail transcript or two, and these problems too were handled by the staff that went beyond the call of duty. On one occasion, I gave Flying Fingers a large set of tapes to transcribe in a short period of time and they were able to accomodate by renting machines and using the services of more than one transcriptionist at a time. When Flying Fingers was unable to handle another large set of tapes at another time, I was informed well in advance so as not to cause scheudling problems for me.
Finally, rates charged for services were competitive and reasonable for the outstanding work performed.
No doubt others who use the services of Flying Fingers will be pleased.
